Handed Down Stuffs
Firstly, he has 2 cousins who’re staying in the same house, and their mum has passed down lots of old clothes to me. I feel sayang to throw them away.
Secondly, old clothes are softer, and wearing old pyjamas are more comfortable.
Thirdly, I’m still working on my business and don’t have much cash to flash around.
My mum felt kesian to Justin, and called my dad to bring down those new clothes they bought for him, but kept in Penang for him to wear when he’s back there. My mum said she can’t tahan looking at her cute grandson dresses up like “no fashion sense”. Ha!
I think it’s because Justin is their first grandson, so they’re extremely “kan cheong”. Over here at MIL’s place, Justin is already the 5th grandchild, and has so many things handed down for him.
Good for me, I don’t buy much baby clothes and gadgets. Can save money and spend on myself! Ha ha! Shopping mum becomes selfish mum! No lah, I won’t do that to my Justin, those money can be saved up for rainy days.
