I have a teacher who likes to gossip around and talk different things to different sides of people. She’ll go and tell A that B said something about A, then tell B that A said something bad about B. Sometimes, she’d tell me that the children said something bad about my programmes, but when I verified with the children, seems like they didn’t say anything at all.
It’s really tiring listening to her as I have no idea what’s truth and what’s rubbish. I really wish she can stop doing this as it’s making everyone getting suspicious with each other and breaking apart. But how to stop her?
I tried counselling nicely and strictly but she’s still the same. I got so tired of hearing stories that today I locked myself in my office so that she didn’t have a chance to walk in and talk to me. Sound silly huh?
It’s really amusing to see someone who has so many years of working experience doesn’t have basic working ethic. Doesn’t she know that creating stories or telling tales behind others’ backs is really annoying?
Maybe she should leave my school!
