I seldom place Justin in a playpen which is placed downstairs since there’s a mattress on the floor just beside the playpen. But I moved the playpen to my room as I can’t carried Justin along single-handed doing things in my room anymore. He’s really getting heavier and my shoulder is getting sore.
So I tried placing him in the playpen while I went to the washroom just now, and you see, he’s just so happy to be there!

I put his mini-gym and baby piano in there, and he can play for quite long. Even if I carried him out, he still insisted on going in again. Maybe it’s still new to him and he thinks it’s fun playing inside. But I have to make sure that he comes out before he’s bored, if not he may resent being in there next time.
At least for the time being, I can take bath a little longer!
