I dread the idea of going to any government offices because it takes me a long time to do my things, and most kakak there are quite garang to “leng soh” like me who knows nothing much about the procedures.
But today, I changed my perceptions. Went to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia to register my company, and they’re pretty fast comparing to the time I went years ago. Then found out that I can’t proceed because didn’t have Jabatan Pelajaran Perak license with me. Called office to fax to my house and ask my darling hubby to pick up for me while I wait at SSM. Poor hubby, coming with the license but can’t be used because it’s on different names.
I made some calls and found out that I need to go to JPN to get a new education license. Rush there and managed to reach before their lunch hour but the nice gentlemen had left and I only managed to see a “chan kai poh” aka some fussy lady. Hah, tried my best to explain why I need a new license but she didn’t agree, just asked me to change names, submit letters, etc. anything but issuing me the license so she doesn’t have to do more work! She said it’s troublesome!
Ok, shoppingmum also bo lak to talk to her liao. Decided to leave the office and got home for lunch first. Can’t think much on an empty stomach.
Conclusion, some goverment offices improved (like SSM, Perkeso, KWSP, IC registration department etc), as shoppingmum had been there lately and they’re very efficient and more friendly. But JPN still like sh**, really can’t talk to the lady. My principal and regional manager had warned me about her attitute, and today I’ve finally see with my own eyes!
