I hate it when Justin got sick, not because he’s more moody or cranky, not due to feeding medicine. Whenever it’s time to take his medicine, he’ll cry and struggle when he sees me with the syringe. Sometimes I really need someone to hold him while feeding, as he’s an older baby now and will push with his hands, and twisting around which makes it harder for me to feed.
Due to the stupid haze, he’s coughing badly and he’s having phlegm. I know that he hates the taste of medicine, but I have to force it down. Sometimes he vomitted immediately after taking it, and I wonder if I should feed him the same dose again… But looking at him crying breaks my heart. So I just wait for the next round and feed again.
Gosh, I’l glad that the haze’s over. At least he can get some fresh air, and will recover soon.
