Justin’s stroller was a gift from my best friend. He seldom uses it as we prefer to carry him with a sling, and when he’s older, we like to tell him what he sees so it’s easier to carry him to maintain the same eye level than leaving him sitting on his stroller. Needless to say, we hardly use it. Luckily it’s a gift, and it’s free!

With Isabelle’s arrival, Justin’s evening routine has a new activity. I’ll place Isabelle in the stroller and Justin likes pushing his mei mei round and round until she’s asleep or cries. It always seems sweet to me when he pushes the stroller and kisses Isabelle’s forehead every now and then.

But this evening, he decided to join in the fun. He asked me to lie Isabelle and him together in the stroller. Even if I tried my best to explain to him that it’s too small for both of them, he still insisted that he and mei mei squeezed together for a ride.

So, here’s Justin trying his best to squeeze in the stroller…

Poor Isabelle’s wailing because she’s too cramped in the limited space…

Luckily, Justin gave up finally when I told him that I might ask daddy to buy a bigger stroller. Gee, I’m still thinking whether it’s worth it to buy a tandem stroller?

  1. “one stroller cannot fit two toddlers” hor :)

  2. I would advice against it. I think buying another stroller would be cheaper than getting a tendem stroller. :)

  3. I think he is just having fun, not really serious about wanting to use the stroller. U know..sibling rivalry might have already started :)

  4. He jeolous mei mei sit in there lar! Sometimes wien like that too, but we defenitely not allow her do so, else the stroller sure spoil one!

  5. Egghead, ya loh, so how? :)

Zara’s mama, that’s why I didn’t buy in the first place, really expensive and heavy to bring around.

Immomsdaughter, really ya? I thought I’m blessed without siblings rivalry, but now, I doubt I’m that lucky!!!

Jesslyn, not easy to stop him leh, he can climb in by himself! And he’s quite “nau”, really stubborn one. Unless he buys by the reasons I give, if not, he won’t give up. Let me see what happens in a few more days.

  6. Don’t buy a bigger one. Justin is just curious. He won’t like to sit in the stroller any more, coz he is a grown up. Most children at 2 like to immitate adults, so no point wasting the money. :)

  7. I think Justin just has the moment exciting, so better save the money!
