Since this blog will tutup kedai next week as we’re going away, I decided to update Justin’s progess in advance.

I don’t have the habit of measuring his height and weight, but he definitely outgrown some of his pants and weights much heavier lately. His tummy also got bigger and rounder this month, thus he looks like Donald Duck from his back when he walks with his diaper pant on. It’s so cute looking at his diaper moving from side to side, just like a waddling duckling.

His 4 big canines haven’t come out yet, but he eats very well now. I don’t have cut noodles, vege, meat as fine as before, and he can chew pretty well.

His appetitite has grown bigger too. He’ll snack around almost every hour, and he likes raisin, grapes and corn the best. Since I don’t wish to have a little fat boy, I have to make sure that he gets to play outside in the evening, running around, kicking ball, “driving” his car, or going to the park if the weather is good. I have a chance to exercise too!

By the way, he likes swimming a lot now! He’ll put on his neck supported and walks or floats by himself, he doesn’t want us to hold him anymore. If he chokes and we quickly tell him it’s alright and he’s a brave boy, he’ll be happy playing again. Thus, bathing time is a fun time to him, as he likes to stay in his tub. We need to persuade him to get up now.

He is potty trained already, no more diapers at home except nap and bedtime. But I still let him wear diaper when we’re out, just in case. But I think he’s a bit paranoic about it as he tends to go to the toilet frequently and tell me “No pee pee.” He doesn’t know how to take off his pants yet, so we still need to help him with that.

He is interested in alphabet and numbers lately. We try to make learning letters and numbers fun for him by playing puzzles or counting pictures with him. He can recognise some of the letters, but not in order, just randomly. But for numbers, he’ll count 1, 2, 3, 12, 5…to 10. I’m still trying to “correct” number 4 to 12, dunno why he misunderstood 4 as 12. *Roll eyes*

He likes to arrange things in line and pretend they’re railway track. Train set is still his favourite toy at the moment, but 2 of his sets already “half dead” as he plays too much and these made-in-china toy are really low quality ones. *Sigh* Got to shop for a new set soon.

Stand out from the rest with quality shirts and ties. Complete that outfit with a smart set of Cufflinks.,,

I have problem taking Zara’s weight and height too, but since I’m pregnant and need to go for my check up monthly, I bring her along to check in the hospital scale.

Toilet trained! That’s good.. Zara still refuse to use the potty. She said she’s scared. *sigh*
