Happy Anniversary

On this date 3 years ago, hubby and I went thru the tea ceremony in Chinese traditional way, and we had a dinner reception to officially announce ourselves as husband and wife.
This are my favourite wedding photos as they were taken at a famous cemetery in Penang, just opposite Penang Bowl or Garage. I always joked that they symbolised 婚姻是爱情的坟墓 (marriage is the graveyard of love) and old folks were complaining why we took the photos at a graveyard in the first place, and developed one of them to be placed on the wall of my room! But hey, if you don’t look closely, you won’t see the tomb stone lah…
We had been together for more than 4 year before tying up the knot as the pressure from both sides of parents were rather “strong” and the relatives were also ke poh when are we going to get married!
No lah, it’s was about time as well because we both felt that we’re ready to take one big step forward to start our own family and have kids too. We’re blessed with Justin 4 months after we got married, and soon Isabelle joined in the family in April this year.
We have our ups and downs throughout this 7 years of courtship, and as they said, this is the year which marked the 七年之痒 (7-year itch). But things have never been better, and I hope hubby and I will do our best to cherish our relationship and our kids.

happy anniversaty..wah the pic very nice lerr..doesn’t look like cemetary lahh..KL can never get such nice view, that’s why i never go for studio photography
