Studio Photos

Last Friday, I took Justin and Isabelle for a professional photo session at V2 Studio in Ipoh. I got this package from Mummy in Vain who’s obviously has too much money to spend as she signed up this package a year ago and I took the photo on the last day of expiry!!!

Anyway, I wasn’t sure what’s the package was about, and since they told me they’ll provide costumes, I only took an extra clothes for Justin and 2 sets of Isabelle for changing their images. When I got there and saw the costume, I knew immediately I made a big mistake as both of them surely didn’t want to wear those costume as the material didn’t look comfortable, and it took me a while to “convince” them to change into those costumes!

On top of that, I knew Isabelle won’t be co-operating as I’ve been taking her photos all the while, and she rarely smiles in front of the camera. But the photographer said Justin should be the one who’d give problems, as based on his experience, babies are easier. But he was WRONG! Isabelle didn’t smile much during the photo session, while Justin was posing like crazy! Eevn if the photographer complained that he only repeating the same poses, but hello? He’s only 25 months old woh, if can pose like professional models, he’s already casting for commercial lah!!! *Slap head*

Never mind, I only needed 15 snaps for each of them, so all those wasted ones I had no intention to get anyway as I needed to pay extra RM240 for the CDs. Forget it! The snaps were not as good as I thought, so can just waste the rest. So, the whole package costs me RM396, ok or not? Quite cheap huh?

What really disappointed me was I didn’t have any good shots of both of them together. Maybe as well just snap by myself at home, when my camera’s back from the repair shop!

So how to post the photos on my blog as I don’t have the soft copies? Scan? I can imagine how hassle it would be later…

Sick…

Isabelle started to have minor running nose since Sunday. She got it from Justin. I should have brought her to the doctor too when I brought Justin to his paed on Monday. I got she’s ok and didn’t fuss much, so I didn’t bring her along. Anyway, even if she got running nose, she’ll recover by herself after a few days.
But she didn’t sleep well since last night, which I think it’s due to the stuffy nose she had. She didn’t eat much also today, and my maid said she’s really grumpy. The running nose got worse and didn’t stop by itself this time.
When she saw me coming back from work, she’s attaching to me like a koala bear, but didn’t have interested to nurse, which was very unusual.

So, got to pay the doc a visit huh?

Isabelle: Standing unsupported

Maybe she’s a girl, so her development is so much faster. When she started crawling at 7 months old, I thought she’ll be crawling for a few months first, then only start to learn how to walk after 1 year old.

But for the past few days, she likes to stand unsupported while holding things on her hands too. She won’t be standing too long, just for a few seconds. Then, she’ll fall on her buttock, and stand up again by holding on something sturdy. After balancing herself, she’ll release her hands and repeat this over and over again.

Sometimes, she’ll cruise around the coffee table to get around, but for a few steps only. I guess she’ll be walking sooner than I thought!

Not to mention, she’s very adventurous. Even if she falls and gets a few bumps, but she’s still not giving up and willing to try on standing unsupported. Isabelle, mummy is very proud of you!

P/S: All my photos lately are blur as my camera “admitted” into repair shop again!

Aged Beautifully?

I’ve always told my hubby to work hard as I wanted to get myself an eye bags remover surgery by the time I’m in my 40s. I haven’t been sleeping much because of blogging and taking care of the kids, so this cosmetic surgery would be a gift to me. It doesn’t sound romantic huh? :) But hubby said he won’t mind how I look like, and I’ve always look beautiful and sexy to him. *Ahem, shy shy* So, I’ll need to learn how to age beautifully but still prevent my eye bags from getting worse!
Anyway, I won’t consider getting a boob job as I don’t think it’s necessary even if it’s fully sponsored like this post is!. *Ahem* Don’t want to have heavy burden like most celebrities in Hollywood, and hurt my spine. LOL!

Being the Big Koh Koh

Justin is able to talk pretty well now, but most of the time, it’s only me, hubby and my maid who understand what he’s talking about. These days, he likes to be the big koh koh and lectures Isabelle.

Scene 1: Isabelle’s playing with the Hi-Fi.

Justin: No, mei mei, cannot play. Go away… *Push Isabelle away*

Isabelle: Awwww…*Crying*

Me: Justin, why you push mei mei?

Justin: Mei mei play Hi-Fi, cannot play. Naughty mei mei.

Scene 2: Li Wei’s trying to kacau Isabelle

Justin: No, go away, Justin’s mei mei *Push Li Wei away, use his body to block Isabelle from Li Wel*

Li Wei: I want to play with mei mei.

Justin: No, (she is) Justin’s mei mei. Go away. Stupid koh koh, ali baba stupid man…

Me: *Shocked* Where did you learn this?

My Maid: cheh cheh and koh koh loh…

Hai yo, one rude koh koh now…

Waiting for Hubby…

Whenever hubby’s traveling back from KL, no matter how late it is, I’ll stay up waiting for him. Even if he told me it’s not necessary, but I feel that it’s important to me. At least I know he arrives safely, or the door is not locked. Or if he is hungry and needs something to eat.

It’s a wifey “duty” to me, which I’m doing it willingly. :)

Isabelle: Eating Out

Most of the time, we bring along Justin and Isabelle when we’re going out. But yesterday, after hubby’s golfing at 3pm, we went out for lunch without Justin as he’s still taking his nap. So, we brought along Isabelle only to Repulse Bay Cafe.

See how she’s pretending to order her food? She didn’t want to give me the menu!!!

While waiting for the food, she got bored and stood on the high chair. She’s really adventurous, and very “boh kiasi”. Not only she stood on the high chair, she let go of one of her hands too!

This Blog’s Page Rank

Thanks to Michelle for telling me that this blog has a page rank of 4!!!! I’m truely surprised by that as I thought it’s still new, and not having lots of comments, the traffic must be very low.

Like most bloggers who’ve started monetizing their blogs, I have fears of writing for ghost readers too (means no one read lah). I’d prefer to read blogs which are not heavily loaded with paid posts too so I understand perfectly well why I don’t have lots of comments. However, I can’t stop from writing paid post, so I’d rather improve my writing for paid post and select them to blend with my daily topics. Anyway, after all my blogs are 90 days old and approved by PPP, the paid posts will be neatly categorized.

Being curious, I also checked on my food blog which is just 90 days old, and guess what, it has a PR of 5!!!! Yippie! So happy leh…

I Almost Screwed up This Blog!

I was dragonmummy’s blog and would like to have those plug-ins like hers. So I asked for her help, and read the blog from by webhost on how to install it. But then, I was not sure what I got wrong and I couldn’t load my blog!!! All I got was this message:

Fatal error : Cannot redeclare submititstyle() in /home/mumshop/public_html/wp-content/plugins/submitit.php on line 35

Die lah, I’d no idea what I should do. So, I sent Bryan an SOS email, asking for his help. After I’m back from my midnight movie, my blog’s back to normal! You can’t imagine how happy I am to post even if I’m so sleepy and it’s 2.30am now!!!

I can’t lost any of my blogs… :)

First Milo Drink

This may not seem to be special to anyone, but it’s special to me and Justin.

I don’t let Justin take other drinks when we’re out, except his water. Anyway, he didn’t like to try out the drink previously too, so I didn’t introduce them.

A few days ago, hubby went to the petrol station for get the fuel, while Justin and I stopped by the store to get my regular Nescafe. Suddenly, Justin wanted to get a drink like me too. So, I just simply grab a pack on mini Milo for him.
