Justin told me twice that “teacher scold you (me)” this week. The first time, I didn’t ask him what was the reason, but I asked him why the next day he told me the same thing. He said he cried. So, I talked to the teacher if it’s true that he’s scolded.

She said yes as he refused to join in the work and wanted to play toys. It’s only a small matter, but my boy doesn’t know how to relate. But I have guessed it’s nothing too serious as he’s still willing to go to school.

However, MIL is still grumping about Justin going to montessori. She said he knows practically everything they teach there already, what’s the point of sending him there? There is one nursery just a corner away from my house, but I didn’t want to place him there. The ex-teachers were great as both Xin Yi and Li Wei went at the age of 3 and 4 years old. But the teachers left to start their own nursery elsewhere, and most of the children follow too. Now, they only have less than 15 children from 3 to 6 years old, and with all new teachers. I am skeptical about it as I know they like to let to children watch TV most of the time. That’s why I insisted that Justin go to another nursery.

Sometimes, it’s kind of hard to make my own decision about my kids. Things like being scolded….MIL and SIL thought Justin was beaten by the teacher!

He’s only 2 years old, maybe he doesn’t know how to answer their questions when they were asking him. Sigh….it’s really no big deal mah….
