For My Eyes
I started wearing contact lens when I was 16 years old. I was really vain, and spectacles didn’t look good on me, that’s why I went to contact lens instead.
My first brand of contact lens was Focus, but at that time, they don’t have daily disposable lens like Focus Dailies. My lens was permanent, and it’s really a hassle trying to keep them clean. I got protein deposit, eye infection, and a torn lens hurting my eye when I first started experiencing with lens.
Then, my optician suggested that I tried the monthly disposable lens, and it worked fine to me for a while. I was a student, and I couldn’t afford the daily disposable lens which was at least double the selling price right now. And my mum was complaining that why couldn’t I just wear glasses?
I stopped wearing lens for years already, especially since I was pregnant with Justin. But with my eyes facing the PC most of the time, I think I might need to get them checked. If I would to get contact lens, I will surely go for Focus Dailies with AquaRelease contact lenses, manufactured by Ciba Vision. These daily disposable lenses are more convenience as I don’t have to wash them at all. My lens will be fresh every day!
