Getting a personal loan is very easy these days. I keep receiving calls from banks, telling me that I’m entitled for their personal loan plans which allow me to borrow as much as RM50K, and repay back in 5 years. Frankly, if I don’t have to pay back the money, I will take it. LOL!

But I have no intention of getting one, unless I need money urgently. If there is a need, I will also look for Online loan as it’s very popular now. But I have to make sure that the money I borrow has not come from the profits of unnecessary pollution, human rights abuses or any other activity that conflicts with my personal values or the creditor’s ethical policy.

If not, what is the difference from getting a legal loan, from getting one from loan shark?
