Hubby and I know that we can’t stay with their parents forever. We still don’t have plans to get a new house yet as we would like to stay in a house with big compound and it’s quite hard to buy a house like that with our current financial status. No point tying ourselves up and mess up with the quality of our lives by paying for huge amount of housing installment.

Furthermore, hubby has a few business project in planned and I’m not sure if they will come true. He may need lots of money to kick start the project and I worried that if something gets wrong, we will end up in bankruptcy. Even if I know about mortgage refinancing, but I just didn’t want to take that risk. Anyway, it’s just a house, and we are staying comfortably in one now.

But for those who are having a financial crisis, think about California mortgage refinance. Lots of businessmen opt for refinancing when they need extra cash to turn around.

Gee….I wonder when will I have my own house too. But I’m too kiasi to pay for the installment.
