Allergy Attack Again
My maid and I have been very careful with Isabelle because her skin is very sensitive. We change the bedsheets and pillow cases frequently, but still, Isabelle is having dust mite allergy again. My sheets are anti-dust mite, but it’s not working!

When her paediatrician saw her face, he was not as surprised as before. He prescribed Eurax for her because it’s steroid free, and asked us to make sure that the carpet, sofa, hubby’s office furniture or cushions are clean from dust mite as well. Wah, my maid is going to be busy this weekend!
Yesterday, she was pretty and lovely in her photos. But today, she has allergy attack already. Sigh!

My PD told me to put all the mattress under the sun.That’s the best way to ‘kill’ the bed mites other than frequent changing the bed sheet.
actually, i changed Ern’s bedsheet & pillow casing everyday!

WS, everyday? Wah….that’s a bit hard for me. My kids sleep on my king size bed, the mattress is too heavy to be moved out. But I think when I have time, I will rearrange the room and buy a new mattress for the kids and put it on the floor. Then, I will put in under the sun every now and then. Thanks for sharing.
