Isabelle Calls Papa

My little girl has finally begun talking! She started saying “papa, papa” whenever we asked her to yesterday, but when hubby was back, she refused to call him papa. No matter how hubby persuaded her to call him, she would rather play with the toys or wood blinds, and just ignored hubby.
It’s only until this evening that she began calling him papa as hubby was bribing her with seaweed. 
I kept asking her to say “mama” but she just kept repeating “papa” and some other sound like “ah jie”, “yee ha”, and others, which we can’t identify yet. Ha!
Hubby is very happy to hear Isabelle’s calling him first. See, I kalah again.

Lil ssc’s first few words also were to call her father. I carried her for 9mths, endured birth pains and what came out of her mouth? “dada”, “addy” and the likes.

Your husband must be over the moon to hear that. Yalor…kids tend to call the daddy first. I waited for 2.5 yrs before RE called me and that is after he could call the whole world already. Sigh. Now waiting for JE.
