One of the houses around my area, which I have been eying on has been sold recently. For the past 2 years, there was a “on sale” sign at the gate, but last week, it was gone. I was a bit disappointment as I secretly hope that no one will buy it until we have money later. Too bad, it’s been taken.

The owner, a distant relative to hubby, got some help from a few Real Estate agents and one of them managed to get a buyer. Frankly, in real estate field, everyone knows everyone. There are only a few big companies here, and the agents are very competitive. Too bad we don’t have a social network for them to be united or share their experiences. Well, some people can be really selfish.

Unlike some countries like US, UK and Europe, those who are from various field related to real estate such as the appraisers, home builders, home inspectors, home insurance agents, home stagers, lenders, loan officers, real estate agents, real estate brokers, property managers and many more will join Wanna Network which is a directory of personal websites, forum sections, blogging, video chat, and other features for rich information sharing.

Well, maybe the culture here is different from theirs.
