I was worried about hubby being very attached with Justin, while Isabelle was being “neglected” as she is more attached to my nen nen me. But lately, I’m seeing a lot of improvement in daddy and daughter relationship.

Last week, hubby took her grocery shopping without Justin and I. They went off after 8pm, the time when she is most attached to me until bedtime. I was wondering if hubby could handle her well, but he said she was very good. She said obediently in her car seat at the back and didn’t fuss at all. When they were shopping, she helped to take the Yakult and walked by herself, until they paid the stuffs at the cashier. For a 15 months old, a pack of Yakult can be very heavy.

A few days later, they went shopping again, and came back happily without any unhappy crying incident. I was very amazed! In fact, she likes playing with hubby when hubby and Justin are playing their usual game. She didn’t come to me immediately for nursing during bedtime, but played and read with hubby and koh koh. I joked to hubby that if she becomes like Justin, I will be very FREE! Even if this means hubby will be more tiring, but he enjoys the daughter and father moments too.

This evening, they went to the park without me, and I had 60 minutes of private time for blogging and knitting. Wah!!! Do you know how good that 60 minutes was? I even took a short nap! So, I don’t need Kissimmee vacation to cheer me up today.
