I don’t have a house, and honestly, I am clueless about how to sell a house! What I mean is how much is the legal fees, the listing, or the commission which the broker will be charging and things like that. Even if FIL has a few properties which are rented out, I have never bother about it because they are handled by SIL who are much better at numbers.
But well, unless I have a house that I need to sell off in Miami, then only I will find out more about Miami flat fee mls from Homekeys. But in the mean time, I don’t have to worry about this.
