I Can’t Sleep
Isabelle has been weaned off for 5 days and she only nurses in the middle of the night so that it’s easier for me to put her back to sleep. For other time of the day, she has to go to sleep without nursing. It’s very hard on her. She can resist nursing for milk because she loves the chocolate milk supplemented, however she needs some suckling comfort to fall asleep.

Tossing around and hugging her bolster

Still cannot sleep!!!
But she has found her way of going to La La Land. She will lift up my top so that she can place her head on my tummy and one of her hands on my n*pple to go to sleep. Hubby has been trying to stop her but no avail. This is the only way she sleeps during the day and night now. Jialat, it’s even worse from nursing her to sleep.
Maybe most breastfeed babies have obsession with nen nen and she still needs time to get over her private property. Oh ya, no one can touch me when she’s placing her head on my body, not even koh koh. She wants me only!!!
What to do? I’ve been nursing her to sleep since the first day, other than that, I am clueless.

Since Day 1, we have introduced pacifier to Ching Ern. That’s why I don’t have this problem..
I know Isabelle is too big to introduce pacifier at this stage. When Ching Ern doesn’t have her pacifier, she will bite at the corner of her pillow..
WS, ya, really too late for pacifier. Gee…
