An Old Photo On The Beach

I lost this post, so I reposted….

This is an old photo taken a year ago and it was the only photo of Justin having fun on the beach. He refused to set his feet on the sand the time we went to Bali, and he preferred to sit by the poolside waiting for us having a stroll. He didn’t like it and maybe he felt uncomfortable walking on the sand.

But lately, he told me that he wanted to go for a picnic by the beach, just like Peter and Jane. However, there is a request, which is to bring a towel to sit on! LOL!

Hubby and I have plans of being the kids to Hawaii in 2 years, and just imagine us doing nothing but watching the kids have fun by a Hawaii beach house. That should be a great trip. I will look up for Hawaii Travel Blog and Kauai Travel Info and gather more information about places of interests that are suitable for my kids and hopefully we will have an enjoyable trip. I certainly hope that time will fly faster so we will go ASAP. :)

Any Plan For School Holiday?

Justin is not having a break during the school holiday, but I hope that we can bring the kids somewhere for a short break. We can’t go for any oversea trip though, so the most is something local. It’s Visit Malaysia Year anyway, and we have to support this campaign huh?

On top of that, we already have 2 oversea trips planned, one to Australia during the winter and another one to Hawaii the following year. Hubby promised again yesterday and hopefully he’s not “fooling” with me! I’m still waiting for my blog buddy to pass me the information about Hawaii once she’s back from her trip. I’m so envy that her trip is only one month away! Hopefully, she can recommend which Kona vacation rentals and Kauai Vacation Rentals which are the best for family traveling with kids. I hope that she will try out the interesting places mentioned in Kona Travel Blog and give me a simple review too.

But for this holiday, I think we will just go some place near. How about Genting and KL? My kids love these 2 places too.

He Was Sad

There was a Deepavali party at Justin’s nursery on Saturday, and due to my stupid learning center, I couldn’t make it. I told hubby about this and he said he would be there for him. I told him clearly that it started at 11am so don’t be late.  On Saturday morning, I called hubby and reminded him again and he promised that he would be there, again I asked him not to be late.

But what do you know? My busy hubby was late. In fact, he was 30 minutes late. When he reached there, Justin was sitting at the corner by himself looking sad. Which kid won’t be when everyone else had parents with him but Justin was all alone? Holidaymummy told me that he was really sad sitting at the corner looking at the rest. Gee….my heart broke the moment I knew about this.

I talked to him when we were picking him up from school. I asked him if he’s said that mommy couldn’t make it and papa was late last Saturday, he said he was. Die, my heart crushed even more as I was driving.

I hate the feeling of not being able to be there for my kids, even if it’s a simple party. More over, it made him looked like we didn’t try hard enough to be there. Gee….I must hug my boy more later.

Finally, an evening without the rain! We quickly got the kids changed and headed for the pool since we haven’t brought them swimming for the whole month! See? They looked so eager waiting for hubby to take his shower.

No Plan Today

I’m not going out today as hubby is busy. But maybe we will go out later in the afternoon since we haven’t taken our lunch! It’s going to be tea break for us.

I want to go to the salon, but I’m afraid that it’s going to be crowded. It’s the wedding season again and some of the wedding dinners will be held tonight. Thus the salon will be busy and crowded. Actually, the busiest person will be the bride. There are lot so of planning and shopping involved to have a great wedding. But luckily the bride to be can get lots of cheap wedding favors from Shop For Wedding now, so everything can be done online.

Too bad I didn’t know about this when I was planning mine, I really had a lot of headaches before my wedding.

Isabelle on Eating

I love to see how Isabelle eats. She’s good at the fork and spoon, so she eats on her own most of the time. She doesn’t like to be fed unless she’s busy with TV.  One thing about her is she can eat a lot and a half bowl of noodles is ok to her appetite. Luckily, she is active and she’s not fat at all. But we have to watch her diet as well as we don’t want her to be fat!

I Love Jie Jie

Do you know that one of Isabelle’s earliest works is jie jie? She will also cry for jie jie in the middle of the night when she thinks it’s morning already and wants to go out from the room! Every morning Isabelle will spend some time with jie jie so that I can take some nap. After 10am, jie jie has to study her school work, then only Isabelle will come back to me. But that one hour of nap is good enough. I really need it.

Maybe they are both girls and they will be great playmates one day. I kind of like it Isabelle can be very boyish over the influence of Justin and hubby. Hopefully, she will like playing with dolls soon!

NO Gai Gai For Me

I had plans initially, but it was canceled. Coincidentally, my friend’s car broke down. She can get the Civic Radiator immediately, but her mechanic is not working today. It’s a Sunday, so most of the workshops are closed.

Anyway, it’s really convenient to get anything online now, including car accessories and spare parts. There are a few websites including radiator.com. If you are looking for radiator, you should check it out.

But you might want to get a mechanic to fix the parts for you if you can’t do it yourself. I’m clueless when it comes to cars, and so does my hubby. Can you believe it? Both of us were engineers last time. LOL!

Marcus Came Over

Lovely Mummy brought her boy over last night to pass the box of La Mer to me. Marcus was quite shy at first, but 10 minutes before leaving, he’s actively running around again. Isabelle is 3 months younger than him, but not much difference from the pic huh?

Too bad it’s too late at night, if not the kids can play outside. But don’t know lah, my kids very kampung, they can play very “siao siao”ly outside. LOL! Even if it’s raining, it’s no big deal to them. Not all kids can do so though.

Go See Tractor!

See those happy faces? My kids went out with hubby to see a tractor. LOL! They love  heavy vehicles like tractor, crane, digger and others. Hubby’s friend is having some project at the house, so he bought the kids over for a closer look. As long as the kids are safely guided, I let them go this morning.

Hubby took the camera along so I will have a better idea of how enjoying they were. Gee…they really liked it!
