Gas Price Increase Or Not?

My friend said the gas price might be increased again, so it’s best to keep full tank of petrol all the time. I seldom be bothered by the price because hubby takes care of the cars most of the time, but if there is a way of saving up on paying for the gas, I don’t mind trying.
