I started to introduce some block puzzles to Isabelle weeks ago. I bought a few sets for Justin when he was younger and now I’m trying to build Isabelle’s interests in playing the games so that she has something to do in the morning. She’s a bit bored with the animal puzzles or the 2-piece puzzles sometimes, so I got her to try out the numbers.

eeee??? not here ah???

Oh! 8 and 0 are different…This is 1.

I only mention the numbers to her, but she doesn’t have to recognize them. As long as she’s having fun putting them in place, it’s good enough for me. She knows how to say 1 to 10 if we guide her and she counts up to 3 now. That’s why she always ask for 3 sweets, 3 chocolates, 3 pack of seaweeds, 3 fish balls and etc. See how food can make a kid learn more? LOL!

But Justin always comes and kacau her when I’m trying to spend some time with her on the puzzle.

Koh koh teach you la.

The thing is, Isabelle doesn’t like him to teach her. She will push him away and they start fighting for the set. Sigh….if you kids don’t fight, tell me your secret.
