MIL said we should not let Isabelle play with the papers at Kopitiam. She likes scribbling on it and the first thing she does when we are there is reaching for the pencil and papers. Actually, she only uses a piece most of the time, but I know that she’s wasting the paper too.

However, if she can sit there and not running around until the food is served, I don’t think that I should stop her. Maybe next time I will try to bring a notepad for her so that she can scribble on our own paper.

Frankly, I’m not sure if she’s willing to use the notepad. She’s too used to getting the papers on her own!
