Coins in Piggy Bank

I asked Justin to donate the coins in his piggy bank but he refused to do so. I was too lazy to bank in the money, so in the end, we left his piggy bank back home as it is too heavy. Too bad we don’t have any rare coin in it, if not we might be rich! LOL!

If you are interested to invest in rare coins, check out what Monaco Rare Coin can do for you. Their staffs might be able to locate the best rare coins at best prices, so check out the link if possible.

I don’t have any money to invest right now, all our money is basically needed for relocating to Bangkok. Wait la, maybe I will invest when I’m richer in the future.

Office All Day Long

19062008931.jpg

My kids spend all day at the office and we only go home in the late evening. They practically eat, sleep, shit, and play in the small office space since the day they arrived here. It’s quite boring for them but what to do? We are not here for vacation. For any of our friends and family who plan to come here and visit us, please don’t do so as we are really busy now. I’m not sure how long will our busy lives be, but please bear with us and let us have more time to settle down. Frankly, I can’t even have a proper shopping trip for myself! It’s all about buying food and cooking for the kids. :P

Then again, our first priority is making things easier for Justin and Isabelle and once they are used to the new life, we will enroll them into the local Thai kindergarten. They need to learn Thai to “survive” here. Once I’m not too busy, I will learn how to read Thai too. Can die la, some road signs are not written in English leh, how to drive? Hubby also doesn’t have time to explore elsewhere other than our home to the office. Busy la…Really busy…

Anyway, I think we will get used to Bangkok after some time. After all, we have expected things to be harder at first.

Sorry…

I am really stressed out. I yell more often than usual, especially at the office. My kids are driving me nuts even if I have been telling them not to be too noisy and mess things around. But still, they are doing so!

Then again, I realized that they are having a hard time getting used to the new house, new language, new lives, new routine and they don’t even have their kids room at the office yet. It’s still under renovation, so they couldn’t take naps for days. We were pretty busy bring them around everywhere we went so they couldn’t get a proper meal or rest sometimes.

But this morning, I woke up at 5.30am. I prepared fish and carrot porridge for them as lunch, and I prepared some dishes for dinner. At least I don’t have to rush at 7pm and trying to get dinner ready in less than an hour. Can siao wan la….

They have been behaving well today. They took lunch, snack, did their work and even took a nap.

Sorry ya kids? Mummy really doesn’t have much patience lately, but I will change ok?

Stress!

I woke up every early this morning. As a matter of fact, I don’t sleep much since we arrived in Bangkok. There is always so much to do when we get back home and by the time I get things done, it’s way past midnight. Then, I have to get up early to prepare the food and get the kids ready to leave for the office with us.

I think I better get some supplements now and I wonder if kava works for me? Frankly, it’s quite stressful now and I hope that I will be coping well. Maybe I can just get the herbal drinks to enhance my health huh?

I brought along some vitamins, so I better start taking them tomorrow.

Dangerous Play

My kids are pretty bored at the office. They don’t have much to do as we are too busy to “entertain” them. Sorry ya kids? Once papa and mommy settle things down, and when the new office room is ready, you will have a room to play in…

On top of that, they don’t have playmates yet. The only cousin they have near my place is only a baby, and they can’t play with her. However, they found a new playmate who is strong and fit to introduce a dangerous game to them. Their uncle likes to lift them up in the air, and thank god we don’t have ceiling fans at home!

Of course, hubby also joined in the fun. But I warned both of the men not to do this too often because I’m worried about concussion. But then hoh, they really have so much fun playing like this.

Sigh…one eye close la….

First Few Days in Bangkok

My kids are doing fine, but they can’t have a proper afternoon lunch or taking their usual nap. I guess they still need some time to get used to going around with their busy parents who have to go to the office, grocery shopping, juggling the house chores and etc. Time is limited and I tend to lose my temper too. Hubby is still pretty cool unless I tell him to jaga the kids. It’s quite hard to keep them from being noisy and disturbing the others at the office, but once the new office floor is completely renovated, they will have a kids room. I just can’t wait for the room to be ready!

BTW, I can stop worrying about house chores as we have a maid coming to our house once in a while. I can’t expect the place to be sparkling clean, but with hubby’s help, the house is still in order. LOL! Like most mothers, I have to think of what to be served as dinner every day, and only prepare my kids’ lunch with the slow cooker at night. I was not the first person who cook in the house. It was hubby who “huai wok” as soon as we had the gas. LOL!

Hubby made scramble for breakfast

Mmm…not bad…

We still have lots of shopping to do. My kids were out the whole day with us on Saturday. They were too tired shopping with us, and Justin actually screamed “Go home now mommy” in public. Thank god most Thais can’t understand English, but they were wondering what was Justin screaming about. :P

I still want to get some chairs and a table to be placed outside the house. Most houses in my neighborhood have outdoor furniture, and the neighbors opposite my house even have breakfast outside! Wa lau leh…I want to do that some day. LOL!

For the time being, my kids have to settle with a mini tent that they pretend as their house.

So much fun!

Hadn’t changed they pajamas, but they already went out to play. :)

They took afternoon tea in their tent on Sunday, and they enjoyed it. Too bad we can’t spend that much time at home on weekdays, so they will have to wait for until the coming Sunday. Hopefully, it won’t rain heavily that afternoon…

Stem Cell from Menstrual Blood

We only kept Isabelle’s stem cell when she was born, but not for Justin. I didn’t think that it was necessary at first, but since we have a family history of cancer, we decided to store it for our second child. Of course, I don’t want to use the stem cells at all, but it is just like buying insurance, we are getting it as precaution.

I thought that it is a bit too late to store our own stem cell as getting the stem cell from an adult can be really painful, however we can get it from the menstrual blood now. Just find out more about this from All About C’elle. There is a special introductory price, so if you are interested, you can just get your Celle Order Now. By the way, this service is only available in the states at the moment, so if you staying there, you can also Become C’elle Distributor and earn some commission from this program.

Storing stem cell is pretty popular and common now, so will you do it for yourself?

Bangkok Home

We arrived late last night. This is the first time we had so many luggage and hand carry bags when traveling! Thank god most of the passengers were so helpful in helping us with our bags and our kids. We took the night flight, so Justin and Isabelle felt asleep after taking their milk on the plane. It’s a bit hard to bring both of them down since we had to carry some bags, but we got lots of help. I’m so grateful with all those strangers which I met for the very first time. :)

The kids are doing fine in Bangkok home even if Isabelle woke up feeling blur with where she was. LOL! The kids will take some time to get used to our new life so they won’t be going to school until another one or 2. Justin will continue to learn from home schooling while Isabelle, being her own self, just have to play all day.

I will update more about them later. For the time being, we are pretty busy unpacking and keeping the kids from climbing up one of the glass coffee tables. If it’s not being left behind by the house owner, I really want to throw that glass table away!

Fly Tomorrow!

Ok, the day has finally come. We will relocate to Bangkok officially tomorrow, but we will still be back occasionally until everything stables down. My kids are pretty excited about it because we will be taking the coach to the airport. They have always prefer buses from cars. LOL!

I’ve overloaded the 60kg weight, so I left some of our stuffs behind. Did I mention that I’ve sent 8 boxes to Bangkok? :P

I guess my SIL will have to wait for another round if she still wants those baby clothes, baby bedding and kiddy toys. If not I will just ask my maid to donate them somewhere….

In short, it’s a new beginning to us and wish us luck!
