We decided to cancel Isabelle’s stem cell storage after some thoughts. We didn’t receive the statement, maybe we have left home when it arrived and we have totally forgotten about renewing it. We paid cash previously, and didn’t use auto debit. The person in charged called me days ago, but we can’t provide her the credit card details. I just don’t feel comfortable like that.
