It takes time to get around in Bangkok. Some of the trips we had took about 2 hours to get to the destination, and it can be quite boring for my kids, if they are not taking their naps. So, we put some toys and books in the car so that they can keep themselves occupied and don’t disturb the driver aka daddy or the knitter aka mommy. :P

Justin is asking me to get the whole collection of Walt Disney by Ladybird. I think I bought that Beauty and The Beast from Popular a long time ago, but during our previous trip back home, I couldn’t find the book. I can’t find them at Kinokuniya in Bangkok too, so I’m clueless on where to get them now!

Frankly, I thought we can make a trip to Central World to get some toys or to Kinokuniya to get some books this weekend, but then…err…I think better not.

To mommy and daddy in Malaysia, do you still see those Walt Disney books by Ladybird at Popular or MPH?

  1. Oh gosh, Justin looks like a big boy in this pic.

  2. Good that they don’t get car sick. I discouraged my kids reading in the car.. b’cos I myself get dizzy.

But BKK traffic really bad.. so you need to keep them occupied.

  3. Mdm2359, my camera skill maybe? LOL!

Zara’s mama, ya, the traffic is terrible sometimes, so they eat, sleep, play or read in the car. Funnily, all of us are ok with reading and I can even knit in the car without car sick. :)

  4. Wah you terra la.. I gets dizzy easily in the car.. esp with a monkey who keeps moving. Sometimes I rather drive.

  5. Yvonne, no time to knit la, so have to knit in the car. :)

  6. Justin looked so ‘yau yeng’ here, wearing sunglasses!
