Ear Piercing

Isabelle gets all the vain genes from me, so she started putting on lotion on her legs at very young age. Hubby always scolds if he sees her doing it, but our stubborn girl doesn’t care at all.

I don’t mind her playing with the body lotion as I bought those which are suitable for baby skin. But for my face wrinkle cream and makeup, I strictly forbid her from playing with any.

So one day, she asked if I’m going to take my shower upstairs, and I said yes. There were only her and Justin in the living room, and I thought they will be watching TV. A few minutes later, I heard Justin screaming, “Mommy, meimei’s playing with your things in the bag!”

I thought it’s just her messing up my handbag again, so it should not be any big deal. Manatau, my vainpot was TESTING out the stuffs in my mini makeup bag! LOL! I must say, she’s good at imitating me, especially the lipgross. Not bad la, just slightly out of line.

Yesterday morning, she asked me to put on the toy earrings for her but I said that can’t be done. To put on a real pair of earrings, she might need to get her ears pierced and it’s painful. But our little vainpot said, “I no scare of pain.” O.o

Serious ah? LOL! I got my ears pierced too when I was about her age, but I’m not sure if she’s ready for it. She might be ok for one side, but once she’s pierced and in pain, I doubt that she will get the other side done!
