My Generous MIL

My MIL has always been worrying about all her grandchildren. When we first told her about our plan of moving to Bangkok, she was so worried that I can’t cook, how are the kids going to cope, how about our financial support, and etc. She’s very generous too, and she gives the kids some pocket money whenever she visits. She’s trying to support their school fees! LOL! Even if it may not be sufficient, but I’m truly grateful.

Besides that, she will bring along a lot of multivitamins for all of us. She love Amway products so most of the vitamins are from Amway. The only thing is, we are not taking the supplement everyday, and the new bottles are piling up in my cabinet. I told her to stop giving for a while as we still haven’t finished the existing stocks!

My mom said I’m lucky to have a nice and understanding MIL, and I can’t agree more. Even if I won’t agree with everything she does, but she’s very considerate. She treats all her DILs like her own daughters. She once told me, she doesn’t have any daughters, and she has always wanted a girl. But now she’s blessed with 4 DILs (or maybe 6 ), and we are like her own kids.  She even wanted to give “ka chong” (wedding gifts) to my ex-SIL if she gets married again. See? How nice huh?
