Delay

I’m checking on the renovation of our condo daily since it’s just a short distance away. I don’t mind walking there often but dragging 2 noisy kids along can be such a difficult task. Why don’t I drive? That’s because my car was parked at our condo building for weeks now, and I’m too lazy to walk over there and drive it out. Hey, getting a good spot on the second or third floor is very important you know? LOL

We should be moving in this week but it’s not ready yet. Things have been very much delayed and our stuffs are still trapped in the flooded house. We can’t move them out until the water subsided, which might take a couple more weeks.

Maybe I should just buy everything new? If money permits! But right now, some of the furniture and air-conditioners which we had ordered can’t be installed as the sellers’ stores are flooded too, and they can’t send the furniture nor install the air-cons. Sucks huh? Maybe I can only buy small stuffs like utility knives, flower pots and wall decors, which are all not important!

Anyhow, we shall just treat it as we have moved in as according to the fengshui date given. Sigh…life has turned upside down since the blardy flood.
