You may have noticed that there’re some paid post on this blog as it’s old enough to be approved by PPP. But I tried not to make it as spammy as Shopping Mum as this blog is really meant for Justin and Isabelle.
At one point, I thought I won’t be monetizing it. But then again, why put the opportunity away? And I know pretty well that a monetized blog will normally get less readers, which means less commentors too. But as a SAHM, blogging is a job for me, so I hope to generate income from my blogs. If I’m a FTWM, then I’ll probably keep the blogs as journals. But I’m not a working mum right?
Thus, I make it a point to choose the topics well. As long as I feel that it fits into my kids and family blog, I’ll write about it. And if there isn’t any topics related, it won’t hurt much though.

After I delivered my kids, got breastfeeding on the right track, the only thing on my mind was GET BACK to the SLIM and FIT me!
Hubby is the kind of guy who’s very particular about his masculine body shape. He’s playing golf, taking dumb bells, doing exercise and taking health supplements to keep himself healthy and fit. At the age of 35, he doesn’t have a belly, it’s true, I’m not lying at all! In fact, he still has his biceps, triceps and 6 packs muscle on his tummy. Got what I mean?
I was tempted to try diet pills or anything that could slim me down, but I didn’t because I’m an exclusive breastfeeding mom who’s a moo to my baby. I couldn’t risk my health or my milk production if I tried anything that will effect my body. But lots of post-natal moms will go all the way from slimming centre to herbs supplements to get rid of that baby fat.
Well, if you’re interested in natural supplements that will control your hunger and lose weight without starving yourself, maybe hoodia diet is a good try. Every Batch of Hoodia is Independently Tested and Certified to be 100% Pure Hoodia Gordonii - a cactus found in the South African desert.
But the choice is on the mothers. I slimmed down by continuous breastfeeding, a healthy and balance diet (but I eat a lot!!!), regular exercise (I’m doing pilates), chasing after an active toddler, sleep deprived for months as my baby’s pacifier on demand and busy writing sponsored post at night! At least, I’m in size 26 low cut jeans now! Yippie!
