Home Facial

Before I have kids, I would have home facial once a week, besides my regular month facial at my beautician.  But lately, I hardly have time for a full home facial, but I try to have a quick one if possible.

Firstly, I will wash my face with make up removal, even if I don’t put make up on. Then follow by a facial wash. If you have face scrub, you can use it too. Personally, I like to use this Estee Lauder Idealist Micro-D scrub, or with just use the mini massager with facial foam.

Then, I will put on a purifying mask to clear my pores and remove dead skin cells. Sometimes, if I feel like brightening up my complexion, I will go for whitening mask. Most of the masks I’m using now are from Japanese companies as I feel that they are more suitable for Asian skin.

Previously, I would even give myself a face massage, but I haven’t done this for a while. I got to simplify my facial process to fit my busy schedule now. So, my massage cream has been long abandoned. :P

I think it’s expired already, but I didn’t throw it away yet.

Oh ya, I used to have a steamer too. I would steam my face before putting on the mask, but I can’t seems to remember where I placed it. But never mind, as long as your house have cookware like rice cooker, just place your face there when the rice is steaming hot, it will give you the same results. Ha! Just joking, don’t ever do that!
