My Genting trip was not relaxing at all. In fact, I was even more tired the day I got back, and my kids were not feeling well, thus I was so exhausted. They finally got better yesterday, and I gave myself a nice treat of spa because I DESERVED IT!
So, I went to Relax Spa again….

This time, I chose to try tea and rose spa. Once I got there, as usual, took a shower first. Then I proceed to a 15 minutes hot steam. It’s really hot, but comparing to sauna, steam is better to me as it’s more humid and less drying for my skin.

I was alone in the steamer. If only I got Lovely Mummy coming along, then we could chat a bit, it was so boring sitting in there for 15 minutes. I kept telling myself my skin body would thank me for this, so just tahan inside.
After than, I took a short rest. I was kay poh about my bath, and kept snapping photos when my masseuse was preparing the water.


I had no idea what was the tea, but I saw chrysanthemum added in it. Then, roses were added in the water. Tea and rose spa is recommended for detoxification and relaxation, which was something I was looking for. As usual, I was given sea salt for scrubbing, but I just simply scrub myself only. I prefer if they can do the scrubbing for me.

Nah, I was so relax!!! The only thing on my mind was don’t drop the camera. LOL! After that, it’s one and a half hour of full body massage. I used lavender oil for the massage, and it was so relax, I almost fell asleep a few times. Ahem! My masseuse was really good. Wanna try?
