Sometimes, I wonder why one of my good friends just can’t get a girlfriend for so many years. We have tried to introduce girlfriends to him, but he was not interested. Then I asked him to try the Vietnam wife but he was too chicken out. No, he is not gay!!!

Since he is in Finland, he has got used to seeing the blonds on blue eyes anyway. So, why not just try to get some dating with Russian girls online? I told him about Lovers Planet months ago, but I’m not sure if he did try it out.

He doesn’t know how much he has missed out, if he didn’t sign up the site. Who knows? He might have found his Russian Bride right now if he started signing up the site earlier, and we will be on our way to Finland for his wedding!

Staying up late is definitely bad for health. Not only my skin suffers, my throat is getting sore too.

I have been taking lots of lozenges, but my throat is still hurt. I guess I better try the holistic way just by drinking more honey lemon. It really helps to sooth my throat.

I’m very lucky, all the while, I seldom have pimples. I didn’t use any cleansing or facial products before until my college years. So, I guess I am one of those who are blessed with good genes!

But my hubby is not that lucky. He had serious acne since high school as he was an active scout who was exposed to the sun frequently. He didn’t have a facial ritual as well, until he started working.

However, he began washing his face with proactiv solution, applying moisturizer and taking good care of his skin because he has shown signs of premature aging due to excessing golfing without sunblock! Furthermore, FIL was diagnosed with skin cancer recently, thus he got all the warning signs without having me to nag on him more. So, his acne is under control now, but the scars are still there. Those acne left permanent scars behind, which cannot be removed unless he goes for laser.

But I only worry about my kids if they will have acne when they grow up. Hopefully, they will get the good genes from me, instead of their daddy.

I love my mornings, whenever my girl is taking her nap, I will have at least 30 minutes of free time all to myself. Thus, I have always make good use of that 30 minutes, let it be blogging, MSN, knitting or my home beauty routine.

This morning, I decided to have a home spa, a simple and quick one. All I need are these….

I just had to shower myself, wash my hair, put on my hair mask and at the same time, scrub every inch of my body. Sorry, don’t use body scrub for your face ok? The particles are too big! Then, I proceeded to a foot scrub, if you don’t have a foot scrub, just use the body scrub. Then, I rinsed off everything from head to toes, and proceeded to body mask. Just spread a generous amount of body mask onto your body, every inch of it except your face. If you can’t reach your back, get help! But there is no one to help me. Luckily, I got used to practicing yoga, so I’m quite reflexible.

OK, 3 minutes later, you can wash away the mask by just taking a quick shower again. After drying yourself up, apply fat burning cream, moisturizers, or body sunscreen on your body. Just like that!

Just feel how soft your skin will be! You will really see the difference. So, get a home spa tomorrow, you only need 30 minutes.
