Most of the skincare products now have properties that fight free radicals to protect our skins from premature aging process. I’m currently using one from Casmara which comes with antioxidants, which are anti free radicals properties, and botox which really made wonders to my skin. I don’t sleep a lot, thus I only go for great products that will prevent my skin from aging faster because sleep is one of the most important elements in beauty.
However, to speed up the effectiveness of anti free radical, by just applying skincare alone is not enough. It will be better if you can change your diet too. Just take fruits that are rich in antioxidants can prevent free radicals from damaging our cells and DNA, and thus reducing the risk of cancer and aging process. I’ve heard and read of the goodness of Goji Berries which are rich in antioxidants but I haven’t tried out yet. The thing is, we can’t get them from the stores, but we need to purchase the dried goji berries or the mixed and 100% pure Goji Berry Juice through their site.
