When I was blog hopping the other day, I came across a blog on which the blogger blogged about her annual company dinner. It was not just any normal dinner, they had a theme, and everyone had to dress up in white to fit in the theme. She was awarded The Best Costume of the night because she was dressed up in white pirate costume, and it was totally unexpected because no pirate in this world would dress in white!

I wonder if she got her costume from Moon Costumes because I found a pirate costume which look exactly like the one she described! If I am invited to a costume party, I would choose this too if I want to dress up like a pirate.

On the other hand, if I would like to look innocent, I will go for Red Riding Hood, and I will ask my partner to dress up as the wolf. LOL!

I got myself some hot pants lately. It’s not my style to walk in public in mini shorts because I am very conscious about my thighs. But I thought since I’m going to Bali, I should dress as little as possible to expose myself for a nice tan. Besides, the weather is too hot for skinny jeans, not to mention, how are you going to take off your skinny jeans in public when you want to swim? Assuming that you have already put on your bikini. If the jeans are too tight, we may accidentally take off the bikini bottom too.

If you are going to any tropical vacation spots like Hawaii Travel, you definitely need at least a pair of hot pants to show off your legs. Don’t tell me you are too shy to show off your legs as everyone will be doing the same. You will only look odd if you don’t follow the gang!

So, once you have booked your hawaii oahu vacation rental, pack your hot pants along! Just remember to shave or wax before you leave, ok?

My FIL maybe one of those men who likes nice car accessories. He may be 70 years old, but he has one of those fancy steering wheels in his Mercedes. LOL! Whenever I see him behind the wheel, I couldn’t help grinning as he really looked younger.

Most guys like to custom made some parts of their cars. If you like to modify yours, you can get a lot of car accessories from YoCar. Too bad my hubby doesn’t care much about his car. To him, as long as the car is moving, it is good enough.

When I was knitting at the handicraft shop this afternoon, as usual, the ladies chatted and shared gossips with each other. One of them told us about a girl who was on pills because she had some mental illness previously, but now she was very addicted to taking all sorts of pills in making herself feeling much better whenever she was down. She didn’t realized that she had Prescription Drug Addiction because she didn’t feel sick and she was very happy most of the time.

I pitied her that she had to go through the pills to control her emotions. Maybe she just needed some professional treatment to help her cope better with her addiction and also proper counseling to work on her emotions. No one is happy all the time, if there is something bad, we have to learn on how to deal with it.

Hopefully, she is doing fine now, and quit taking the pills. If not, I think she is endangering herself.

I’m a big fan of Sex and The City last time because I just love to see how nice those ladies are in their clothes, makeup, hair, and of course, their guys. Even if there are lots of TV series with gorgeous leading actresses now, but none to them will really show you the latest trend in fashion world.

Besides that, I got to know how nice New York is as I have never been there. One day, I will set up a trip to the Big Apple, and see if hubby and I can have some romantic New York Bed and Breakfast.

For the past few years, if you are really clueless about what to wear, just follow the trend shown by the actresses. However, we can’t follow them now as they might be outdated because the series had ended years ago. Don’t you just miss them?

 I seldom write now, most of the time, I type. But last weekend, when I was applying for a member card at Toy’R'us, I had no choice but to fill in the form. Hubby’s handwriting was worse than mine, so he will not fill in anything unless it is urgent.

So, there I was, using one of their logo pens to fill up the particulars, and my oh my, my hand was shaking as I wrote! My handwriting sucks, but it was still readable. However, I was quite embarrassed. I dressed very well, put makeup on, did my hair as there was a gathering by Nuffnang. But my handwriting spoiled my look!

I better practice writing with my kids, if not, I don’t think I know how to write except signing off my signature when I’m swapping my cards!
