I take a lot of coffee. I know that it is very bad for my health if I am taking more than 2 cups per day, so I’m controlling myself so that I don’t take too much caffeine in a day. Too much coffee is also bad for our teeth as coffee stain is really hard to be removed with normal brushing alone. Furthermore, excessive caffeine can be dehydrating, so it is also bad for your skin.
But if I don’t take coffee, I will walking like a zombie. I just can’t stay alert without my cups of nescafe. So how? Any caffeine addiction treatment available or not? ![]()

I’m a coffee addict too. I have watched Astro Ch 77, Home and Health and the recommend us to take flavour tea like green tea, raspberry and etc to replace our coffee daily. I would like to try hope its works
