I am thinking of going for spa again next week. I can feel the strain on my back and I need a body massage desperately. The masseur has been suggesting that I try the hot stone spa for better relief of my back. I have backache since my second pregnancy, and I am still suffering from it if I don’t maintain good posture.
I found some info about hot stone spa from here.
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well.
It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.
What Happens During a Hot Stone Massage?
*Before you arrive, the massage therapist sanitizes the stones and heats them in 120 and 150 degree water.
* The therapist uses traditional strokes of Swedish massage while holding a heated stone. As the stone cools, the therapist replaces it with another.
* The therapist might also leave heated stones in specific points along your spine, or in the palms of your hand, or even between your toes to improve the flow of energy in your body.
* If you have inflammation or muscle injury, cold stones are sometimes used.
But I’m not sure if I will scream when she place the stones on me! So, let me call up the spa center for more details on this first.
We don’t have cheerleaders in our school last time, and I have no clue about it until I was Beverly Hills 90210. LOL! Yes, I am that old!
My first impression about cheerleaders are you have to be pretty, skinny with nice legs, and also popular! Those girls are the envy of the rest of the plain Janes. So, am I right about this?
However, if you have seen the one of the Taiwanese series about cheerleaders, you may not think that these girls are just bimbos. They really train hard to their performance and you have to be very fit for it. I don’t think I can go for this because I will faint if I am being thrown up in the air! On top of that, I don’t like to hold up the rest of the others on my shoulders!
Thus, let me just sit back and watch the show performed by the cheerleaders. All of them surely look good in short skirts and nice cheer shoes.

You can’t just wear high heels for it right? The cheer shoes have to be super comfortable and provides great support for their ankles. If not, they can easily strain their feet.
Even if I am not a cheerleader, I can still check out their shoes. Don’t you just love Nike? I have just bought another pair weeks ago, but I haven’t worn it yet. I better go dig it out from the shoe rack later.
I was so excited when I saw the latest Gucci bags last night. I told hubby that he had to work on this as it was on my birthday list.
But I know hubby won’t give anything expensive to me, so I just stop dreaming on that now. If I would to get myself a nice designer bag, I have to work for it. But I don’t feel like buying something which is so expensive!
But funnily, I can’t find the bag online when I was Google-ing just now. It’s not launched yet?

I have no idea how many clothes I own, but there will never be enough of them. I love shopping for clothes. I can shop everyday if I have the money! However, there isn’t a lot of choices for me to shop in Ipoh. Thus, sometimes I will shop online as there are more selections for me, and the designs are better too.

If you are a shopaholic like me, check out Stay Royal. They have a lot of casual wear for you, and now they are joining the New York based Simply Chic Showroom. So, if you are from New York, you can shop from them directly! Most of the clothes look casual, but they have sexy cuts to show off your body curve. This is the look I would go for when I am shopping for clothes.
Too bad for me again. I can only view the nice clothing online.
If there is a web store, I will certainly be checking it out.
I have been wearing nursing bras for more than 2 years, and frankly, I’m sick of it. But I still have to put them on until my baby weans off. So, I’m drooling over nice bras and matching panties like these …. :PWhenever I walked past those lingeries sections at the shopping mall, I’m so tempted to get a nice bra. But it’s really inconvenient to breastfeed, and also, I’m afraid of losing my cup size after I wean off, then the bra will be a waste!
In short, I can only LOOK, ADMIRE, but NOT BUYING!
