Keep in Shape

I’ve just bought myself a pair of bikini for my trip to Bali next month. I haven’t worn a bikini before, and the most I would go for is tw0-piece swimsuit. But this time, I am hoping to try something new. If I don’t wear a bikini now, when will I be wearing one? When I am 40 years old? LOL!

So, I have to start watching my weight and keep myself in good shape to look good in bikini. I don’t like to go on diet. I have always believed that a combination of a well balance diet and adequate exercise is the best way to lose weight. On top of that, I may also use a calorie counter to watch my calorie intake, if it is necessary.

I used to have a manual calorie counter which I can’t remember where I placed it. But never mind, it’s easy to get a free calorie counter online. Just sign up with My Fitness Pal, and I can easily do my calorie counting anywhere and anytime, as long as I have internet connection. I can also create my personal food database and this site can help me to keep track of the food I took in the past, and it’s easily to keep track of the indulgences that gave me the extra kilos!

So, what is the calorie for a plate of nasi lemak? It’s my favorite breakfast….
