I don’t like to go to the gym, to me, working on the equipments, treadmill and dumb bells are pure boring. I prefer sports like yoga, swimming or golf, that I can be out there and enjoy myself!
I used to play golf, but I stopped after having kids. It’s not easy to find 4 hours of free time for the golf course, and also practices at the range now. But one day, I will resume the game and go golfing with hubby. One of my greatest fear with golf is the SUN! Thus, if you like the game, please get as much sun protection as possible, if not you are at risk of getting premature aging on your skin, just like my hubby.
Another thing is, don’t carry the golf bag by yourself, even if it’s burning a lot of calorie. It’s a bit bad for our posture, especially most lady golfers are not as strong as the men. Thus, get an EziCaddy, am electrical buggy to move your golf bag around. I love the design, it’s light-weighted, and it can be folded too. So, get one if you can afford it!
BTW, playing a lot of golf will enhance your waistline. Trust me, I used to play last time!
