Office Yoga

If you have been working as an OL for years, you may notice some changes to your body. You may have a tummy, flat and widen butt, and also hunch back if you don’t maintain your posture. Some OL likes to put lots of junks at their office desks and snack while they work, this is really bad. When you are not concentrating on what you eat, you then to overeat and resulting in extra calories for your body. So, no doubt you get fat!

Actually, you can still keep fit at the office. If you are too shy to do it openly, just wait until lunch hour or tea break when most of your colleagues will be out from the office. Just practice some yoga office and your body will thank you for that. Besides working on your body, it will help you to release your tension too. So, check out the videos and do it now!
