
I was wondering if the concept of outdoor kitchen works here in our hot climate. Most of us have 2 kitchens at home, one dry kitchen near the dining area and another wet kitchen at the back of the house where serious cooking will be taking place. But no matter what, most of our wet kitchen are still build within the house, but not outdoor.
Seriously, will you cook outdoor? I mean if you are cooking at 11am, most probably the sun will be shining on your butt and you are getting yourself a nice tan while preparing the lunch. I will definitely hide away unless I’m all equipped with sunblock! It’s like roasting the chicken while grilling yourself too. LOL!
But well, it’s cool to have an outdoor kitchen, but it’s not for me.
