Back from Spa

At first, I wanted to blog a long post about my spa experience today. But something bad happened and I lost all my photos. I am still very frustrated about it, but I have cool down a lot.

Today’s spa is a new package introduced by Relax Spa which costs RM460, but the introductory price is only RM99. I signed up 5 of them and got 5 free infra red therapy sauna sessions which I will use with my existing spa package.

Sorry, no photos provided this time, but I will take it again when I’m ready for this spa. It’s not a relaxing spa like I used to have and you will know why later.

Firstly, I was given a water spa with ozone treatment. Just imagine a tub filled with bubbling water and when you are in there, it’s a like jacuzzi. The main purpose of this spa is to exfoliate and you can burn some calories with it too. I felt like having a total body massage, but it felt kind of itchy before the 15 minutes session ended.

Then, I was given a body massage with a scrape, it’s “gua sa” in Chinese. I will take a photo of the scrape next time. It’s quite painful to me, so I was FULLY AWAKE and tensed. LOL! But since it brings a lot of health benefits like improving my sleeping problem, detoxification and slimming as well, I did my best to “enjoy” it.

After that, I was giving a head massage. I tell you, she used something like a hairbrush to hit on my scalp. LOL! But it was not that painful. In fact, I felt better after that. OK, PHOTOS are seriously needed to explain this spa session.

Self Conscious

I have just gone back from my spa, and I will blog about it later. My masseur, who has one of the most perfect body a girl can ask for, told me that she was too fat. OMG! If she is fat, 99% of the population is obese!

Most women just won’t satisfied with their bodies, and I may be one of them too. Most of the time, I am ok with myself. However, if I have to put on a bikini on a nice holiday trip to Hawaii, then I may be very self conscious and keep wondering if I look as good as the rest.

But if I’m so self conscious, I may just get a nice place from Maui vacation rentals and condos that comes with a private pool or beach area! Maybe they will be more costly, but what the heck, it’s not like I’m staying there forever. LOL! Besides that, before we leave for Hawaii, we better check out Hawaiian travel tips to know more about which tourist spots which are hard to be missed. Unless you are going with tour package, if not, most of the time, proper planning is very important.

Let’s see how it goes after my trip to Bali. I am still not sure if I’m confident for my bikini.

Going to Spa

I’m going to spa later after putting my kids to nap. The spa center had been calling me to try their new spa package and I would like to see if the new package is worth it also. Anyway, it is just another lousy excuse to pamper myself. LOL!

Everyone needs some time out from our daily lives and rejuvenate ourselves if possible. If I cannot have any Hawaii vacations now, that doesn’t mean I don’t know how to relax myself. Of course, if money is not a concern, who won’t be surfing in Hawaii now? It’s one of the best tourist spots in the world, and don’t tell me you don’t like Hawaii! Maybe you haven’t collected as much Hawaiian tourist info as possible. Seeing those pictures and nice sunsets make me keen for a trip like that.

But never mind, let me daydream about it when I am having my body massage later.

DIY Hot Pants

What will you do with your old jeans? Dump them away? Please don’t so. I keep most of my old jeans and will cut them short as hot pants. Then, use a metal brush and start brushing hard on the lower part of the jeans to make it “hairy”. Gee, how do I explain this, will you know, like brushing hard on prom prom when you are making one?

I used to do this a lot when I was single so that my jeans hot pants look nicer. You don’t have to buy hot pants, frankly. Just make this by yourself. Then when you are on vacation to Hanalei bay resort or any nice tourist spots you found from Hawaii travel information, bring the hot pants along. Pair them up with bikini tops and you will look hot and sexy!

If this is too revealing to you, just put on a T-shirt or sheer white blouse. That is what I called vacation outfit at exotic vacation spots. I have prepared one for Bali. Gee….I just can’t wait to get on my flight soon.

Shiseido Future Solution: Eye and Lip Contour Cream

I’m too lazy to take a photo of my own Total Solution now because I know the effect will be bad. I can’t take nice photos at night, ok? Anyway, if you are interested to know how much does this cream cost, check out the pricing at Amazon. I’m not sure how much the different is but all I can remember is, this little jar of miracle cream is not cheap!

I am very particular about my eye area because it is the ugliest spot on my face. I don’t mind paying more for high end eye cream, as long as the products are good. Total Future Solution is a concentrated anti aging cream that will prevent sagging, wrinkles and fine lines at my eye area, so I’m giving it a shot.  Its main ingredient is Yang Tao Leaf extract which is a traditional Chinese ingredient that will protect the collagen so that my skin will be firmer. Besides, it has other properties like Chai Hu extract and Vitamin C derivative to enhance  elasticity and brighten the eye area too.

I have been using the cream for more than a week, but only at night. I think I will have to use it in the morning too, and see if it really promises great results as claimed.
