Frankly, all my heart is about getting to Bali now. I don’t have the mood to listen to the housing agents who are trying to sell the units to us when we were shopping yesterday. I know they are just trying to do their job, but I didn’t have the mood to pay any attention to their promotion. I guess I was standing there just to be polite.

I will be more interested in selling out a house than buying one. If I made a profit from it, that will even be better. If I need to sell a house in Miami, I will get a Miami real estate agent to do the work. I’m too lazy to be bothered about this now.
Let me go shopping in 5 minutes to get some stuffs that I need for Bali. Hai yo, just 4 more days to go!
I have done 95% of my packing. The luggage was very full. Just imagine the clothes for all 3 of us. Oh gosh! I missed out hubby’s clothes! Then, I don’t think one luggage is enough for all of us. I am only using a medium sized Polo luggage, and I know that there is a bigger Samsonite luggage somewhere in the storeroom, but I can’t find it. Maybe someone had taken and used it, I don’t know.
If things can’t fit in, then we will have to bring another small bag, which is a bit troublesome. We still have to bring the kids food and stroller. Let’s see if I can unpack some of the stuffs. I only want to have a luggage.
This thing about Bali is hubby cannot bring along his Golf Equipment. It’s a good news to all of us as I want him to get away from golfing for a few days. I have been persuading him to try the spa, but he said he would let me try it first. If we have time, then only he will do it.
He hasn’t tried spa before. He is not into all this pampering like I do. If I don’t go for spa, I will feel that something is wrong with my body. I need to have a body massage, and don’t ask me why. I just got to have it!

I put the sunblock with SPF 50 and PA +++ in the luggage first. This is a must for the trip to Bali, if not I will be roasted there. Unless we are going to vacation home Orlando, maybe I won’t need a sunblock as high as this.
The thing I love about this sunblock is that it provides a great protection from both UVA and UVB. Even if it is stated that it can be used on face and body, but based on my experience, it is not easy to be removed with normal makeup removal. You need to use the cleansing oil for a complete removal.
But I didn’t buy the oil. I asked for the samples for FREE from the promoters. I used to be one of the VIPs, so I can easily get some samples if I ask.

Since I’m in the room, blogging like a freak most of the time, I am worrying about the effect of electro-magnetic waves on my skin. Being exposed to the laptop for long hours is really bad, and furthermore, I don’t sleep much. So, to avoid myself from premature aging, I got myself a bottle of Clarins’ E3P. I will still be using my regular products but once in a while I will spray the mist onto my face, neck and hands to refresh my skin and keep them from free from pollutants.
Of course, I was skeptical about it too, in the beginning. But after reading some articles about the product, I am willing to give it a try. If you are interested, you can read more about it here and here.
At the same time, I got to dig out my portable oxygen concentrator which I have no idea where I kept it last time. Lots of O2 is good for the skin too.
I went for salt spa yesterday. I don’t really fancy anything with salt, including salt scrub as I think it’s really messy. But since my spa package included a salt spa, I may as well try it out.
The spa began with a steam bath for 15 minutes.

But I didn’t stay in there for that long. I couldn’t stand the heat at 40 deg so I got out 2 minutes before the alarm went off. Then, I proceeded to the spa bath. I took some pictures when the masseur was preparing my bath. She mixed the water with herbal salt as shown…

Then I was given laminaria salt for scrubbing too. I didn’t get the salt scrub package, if you get that, they will do the scrubbing for you. Anyway, I don’t fancy salt scrub unless I’m doing it myself at home. It’s really messy!

The water was so clear. It’s like nothing in it. But a salt spa bath will help to cleanse and disinfect our body, so it’s worth trying out once in a while.

Gee….I almost fell asleep. Maybe I was too tired. After the bath, it’s the one and a half hour of body massage. I was very relax and tried to get some cat nap. The masseur did a great job of releasing the tension on my back. So shiok…
Let’s admit it, most women are constantly in the battle of achieving their ideal weight and body shape. Even if you may be satisfied with your current weight now, that doesn’t mean you will be slim forever. As we age, our metabolism slows down and we may need to cut down on our food intake, or increase our exercise level to achieve the same results when we are younger. I’m going to be 30 this year, and I cannot take my curve for granted. I know that I will have to get my butt away from the chair and get some exercise, if I would to maintain my shape.

I don’t like to put on my make up in my room. The quoizel lighting of my room is too dim for me to judge if I have over done with my makeup. I tend to put on more colors or deepen my blusher when I’m putting on make up with the dim lights on. If I put on my make up in the bathroom, which has a white fluorescent light, my makeup will look more natural and so much better.
On top of that, the best way of testing if a new makeup suits you is put it on your face. Then walk out from the shopping mall and check the color under broad day light. If you look good with it, most probably, the color suit you. But if you look too pale, especially for foundation, get a darker tone, and vice versa. However, how many of us are doing this? 
I haven’t been for medicure and pedicure for more than a month. I think I will get myself an appointment the latest by next week, before I am flying off to Bali. But in the mean time, I have to take good care of my nails by myself. I don’t have strong nails so I need to use the strengthener from OPI. It comes with a set, together with the essential oil for nails when I got them during a promotion.
Frankly, I don’t put the nail polisher by myself most of the time because I can’t type when I am waiting for the nails to be dry. Once, I spoiled my nails at 2am when I was cleaning up my kid’s jigsaw puzzle and that really pissed me off. So, I only apply top coat by myself, and do the color at the nail salon. I don’t know why, it’s less lightly to be scratched when she applys the color for me.
So, I better give her a call tomorrow. At the same time, I’ll be checking out the new summer collection too!

I didn’t go for yoga last week as I got to look after my kids. Since I skipped a week, I thought of may as well just skip the whole month through. I am too lazy to go back to the class tomorrow either as I have been pretty tired lately.
But of course I’m worried about losing my shape, so I make it a point to play with my kids every evening. Some form of running and walking is better than nothing at all. Blogging is great, but if you sit and blog for long hours, your butt will be widen and your tummy will get bigger. That’s why I get myself up after sitting for about an hour. A walk to the kitchen for a glass of water helps a bit too.
Too bad I don’t like basketball. We have a basketball hoop at home, but I don’t play the game. Even if you give me a pair of Air Jordan and tell me that I can “fly” for a slam dunk, I won’t do that either.
