I know I seldom wear makeup, but this is soooooo cute! It’s inspired by an evening dress from Autumn/Winter’83 collection. There are 2 tones, Harmony 1 comes with pink, beige, gold and grey, but I prefer Harmony 2 that is fulled with beige, bronze, white and pink.
Besides, it’s only RM163, not expensive huh? It’s really cute for an eyeshadow.
I’m pretty lucky to have good complexion even if I’m not a fair looking lady. My face seldom have any outbreak except the occasional dry skin when I am not feeling well or lack of sleep. Other than that, every thing is fine.
But some women have pigmentation problem. I have some brown spots too, but they are still under control. However, over exposing to the sun, or maybe after an ache outbreak or injury, some part of our skin may look darker. Some women have pigmentation problem too when they are pregnant.
So, if you are looking for any skincare products which are meant for reducing skin pigmentation, you may give ORIKI Cosmeceuticals products a try. The products are formulated to suit most Asian, Mediterranean and other Olive (AMO) skin types. Some of the benefits of the products are:
- Minimizes the appearance of pores
- Reduces the appearance of fine wrinkles and dark spots
- Results in a luminous, younger and healthier looking skin
They are a few products featured at their official site, but this is the one I’m interested in:

It’s the Firming Eye Serum that has Botox effects! I’m a sucker for eye creams so I have always love to check out the eye products. So, I wonder how effective it is to reduce my dark circles and puffiness?

I went for facial today, and I got this eye mask sample from my beautician. I have no idea what brand is this, and I haven’t tried in out. She said it’s good, so let’s see how good it is. I’m still using SKII eye masks, and haven’t changed to another brand since I started a few months ago. The effect was great so I stick to it.
But this collagen eye mask from Rosyvelle is cheap. It’s so cheap I may be using it for every alternate day if I get the whole box later.
I can be very rigid when it comes to my beauty regime, but sometimes, I just want to be lazy. I go out at noon everyday where the sun is the hottest and my skin will be badly burnt or getting darker if I do use body sunscreen. However, I quit the step sometimes especially when I am very busy.
Besides that, some may have the opinion that we do not need sunscreen if we stay indoor all the day. My dear, you are wrong. The sun rays and UV can still get through your glass windows, unless you have insulated glass for all the windows of your house. This affordable insulated glass from ECO can filter 99.5% of damaging ultraviolet rays that not only bad for your skin, it’s bad for the fabrics of your furnitures too. So, The Heat MirrorĀ® family of wavelength-selective products will be a great choice to you if you are looking for insulated glass for your house.
In short, I would like to make sure that the glass of my new house will be well insulated. I like sitting by the window to do my knitting, but I don’t want to be roasted by the rays.
I went for hot stone spa again reluctantly. I told the spa center that it was very painful the first time, and the bruises took a week to heel. I had to choose my tops wisely not to expose my purplish back. But no point wasting the package, so I die die also gave it another try.
This time, the spa began with far infra red chamber where I was there for 20 minutes of sauna. It’s not the same as normal sauna as this sauna from Lucy Belle promotes some health properties too.

It’s nice to be sitting in there, reading a magazine and listening to nice music. But the heat really made me sweat, oh boy, hopefully I lost an inch after that session.
Then, I proceeded to ozone water spa for detoxification, but I felt that it’s really one good spa for dead skin cell removal. The masseur told me that most of the dead skin cell will be removed too, and I saw that dirty residue by the side of the tub once I was done. Ewww!

After that, it’s the session that I was afraid the most. I told her to be gentle as I have very low pain threshold. Here are the tools that will be used through out the body massage and the head spa sessions. I had blogged about the massage session in previous post, so this time I will only feature the tools.

The essential oils

The body scraper

Hot Stone Massager

Hair brush for patting on the scalp

A comb for head spa
After the massage, I had the bruises again. But this time, it was not as bad as the first spa. However, it has been more than 5 days, but it is still there. So, I still need to wait for a week before it clears out completely.
