I was supposed to update my yoga blog but I was too tired and I fell asleep before completing a post! That blog of my is just for my interest. Besides, I was really EFND and with some money in my paypal, I decided to get another domain.
I am not saying that I’m good at yoga, I always skip class ok? But I will try my best to learn as much as I do as it’s not only a good exercise for flexibility, it’s great for the whole well being too. You can ditch that hydroxycut and start losing weight the healthier way but it will be slowly.
But don’t expect to fly or kiss your toes starting up as I can’t do that too. There is no forcing in yoga and everyone has her own progress. Just take your time but before that, go sign up with a yoga instructor ok? Don’t simply practice by yourself if you are inexperienced. You might get hurt.
