Quality Beauty Sleep

Everyone who reads my blogs know that I hardly sleep. That’s why I spend a fortune on my face to maintain my look and prevent myself from premature aging. Beauty sleep is part of the secrets of having good skin and health. Since it’s impossible for me to hit the sake at 10am, the ideal time for beauty sleep, I try my best to get to bed by 3am. Then I make sure that anything with radiation is turned off, practice some yoga breathing, put on the last steps of my beauty regime ( I have 2 different steps for night use), then I will try to fall asleep as soon as possible.My problem is my kids still wake up despite that they should be sleeping through by now. But so far so good, my skin is well maintained. My skin allergy reaction has completed healed, all thanks to my skin doctor.

Nonetheless, I guess I can only sleep through like I used to be when my kids moved out from our room. Then I will change the furniture to contemporary bedroom furniture of my dream and sleep like a baby for 8 hours a night.

Hopefully by then I won’t be blogging as much as I do now. Going to bed at 3am is insane.
