I have been trying out Creme De La Mer for 2 weeks, but I think I won’t get the full bottle of the cream. It’s too rich for me, even if I’m trying to avoid applying it on my T-zone already. I guess my skin does not need the enriched ingredient yet, but I might get back to the cream when I’m older. Thus, I have to look for another face cream when I am done with the sample from La Mer. But La Mer’s The Eye Concentrate suits me well since my eye area is the worst part of my face.
But hubby teased me what’s the purpose of putting so many types of creams on my face? Even my blog buddy also said that I am putting too much chemicals on my face. But I don’t care. Thus, no matter what, I want to take good care of my skin and just look great no matter at what age I am. You can call me vain, but at least I dare to admit that I am.
I received an email from a beauty website that asked if I’m interested to do a beauty review, not written, but on video clip. Oh well, I didn’t reply the email as I am not interested to put in so much effort and time but not getting paid or any samples. I do free reviews if there are samples provided, but that depends on the samples as well.
I really hate to do video clips as it involves a lot of work and I am not good at video editing. Besides, I’m not good at using those viewcam and working with tripod or fixing what camcorder batteries!!! It’s too hard for me. Even if I know it can be done with a webcam, but I don’t feel comfortable with it. So, let’s forget about the whole thing then. I would rather type. LOL!
I keep seeing Shu Uemura Skin Purifier being voted as one of the best makeup remover of all time but I haven’t tried it before. Part of the reason is I can’t get it here, and when I’m in KL, I can’t remember about this. Another thing is, I’m very resistant when it comes to cleansing oil as I tried other brands before and they didn’t work for me. Maybe I didn’t wash it well enough to emulsify the cleansing oil so I didn’t quite like the feeling after washing my face. BTW, don’t you think that you don’t have to use makeup removal if you are not putting on makeup. It’s like don’t think your cars are not dirty if they are protected by car covers. You still have to wash the car! And the same goes for your face, it’s still best to do double cleansing after a long day.So, if I would to try cleansing oil again, I will only go for Shu Uemura since most of the reviews are quite good. This is the original cleansing oil with Vitamin E that provides skin with antioxidant protection. Besides that, it has tea tree fragrance extract for antibacterial benefits as well.

Maybe this is the one I should try out. I prefer refreshing feeling after a facial wash and this cleansing oil has cherry extract with gentle exfoliator that refines skin texture. I think I will like the scent of the cleansing oil.
- Shu Uemura High Performance Balancing Cleansing Oil Enriched
Frankly, I’m wondering if this is too oily? But it has tomato extract and vitamin E as antioxidants and avocado oil for extra moisture and nourishment. It will also brighten up our skin since it has orange peel extract as well.
So which one is better? But if I get any, I will wait for the limited edition which has better packaging which nice drawings. Those are collectibles.
