I gave up at dinner on the first day haha, but she kept it up and lost some weight. I don't know if there is really any healthy, successful way to lose weight other than old fashioned excercise and healthy eathing...unfortunately those methods take a bit of time and aren't necessarily fun =) A co-worker and I tried the cabbage soup diet last week.
