I like the products from Vaseline. I used to get the petroleum jelly for my chapping lips, but these days, I will buy the hand and nail cream moisturizing lotion, the UV protection lotion for body as well as Vaseline Intensive Care on regular basis. I put some bottles of the hand lotions at the kitchen sinks of my house so that I can use them regular. My hands are quite dry after frequent washing and cooking, so the lotion helps a lot.

Furthermore, most products by Vaseline are very cheap, so you just don’t feel the pinch of buying them. LOL! BTW, they aren’t that bad, and you can try them out.
I went shopping at Siam Paragon the other day, and I learned something about buying skincare and cosmetic in Bangkok. All these major brands only offer membership to regular customers for a particular counter at a shopping mall only, and points cannot be collected for other counter on the same brand. It’s different from Malaysia. I buy skincare products anywhere in Malaysia, as long as I show them my member card or identity card, I can easily collect points for my purchase and later on, I can get some redemption on the points collected.
So, I have made up my mind where to get my skincare products from in Bangkok now. For Estee Lauder, I will shop at Robinson Rangsit. For Shiseido, I will buy from Siam Paragon. I bought Shiseido Revital Wrinklelift Retino Science Lotion AA, a sunblock by Anessa, and the enriched softener by White Lucent that day, and I will probably use them in the morning as my night routine consists of products by Estee Lauder. I like to use whitening products in the day and anti aging products at night.
So, I guess I won’t simply buy skincare products anyway in Bangkok now. It’s best to stick to the same counter huh? But too bad, the promoters of both counters can’t speak English. Gee…
