Sporty

 I seldom exercise in Bangkok. I miss yoga and belly dancing, but I can’t seem to find any near my house. I found a gym near my work place, but I don’t like gym! To me, it’s boring to be working on those exercise machines.

Anyway, hubby is enjoying himself a lot in Bangkok. The golf courses are great and we can easily find golf range anywhere. He has started playing football too, and maybe it’s time to get him some nfl jerseys, if he can fit in. LOL! Most men like football, and even if it might be too tiring for someone at hubby’s age, it’s a good exercise. As long as he’s enjoying the game with his brother and fellow workers, I don’t mind him going for football at least once a week.

But for me, I’m still struggling to get some exercise. Unless hubby can take care of our kids, if not I don’t have time for it. However, there is a possibility of getting fit if I wake up earlier than usual. If I can get up at 6am, I might be able to do some yoga stretching before starting the day. That should be better than none!

In short, it’s time to be sporty again.
